Transfers from Fiumicino Airport to Bagnoregio

We offer private transfers from Ciampino or Fiumicino Airport to Bagnoregio and from Bagnoregio to Fiumicino Airport or Ciampino Airport.

Transfers to / from the hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio 

While Bagnoregio is the main town inland, Civita di Bagnoregio is a charming hamlet that rests on the summit of the spur on a cliff surrounded by a dramatic valley of badlands.  A long footbridge high up across the valley connects the hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio to the rest of the world, and to the main town of Bagnoregio.

If you will be staying at an accommodation in the hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio, it’s important to know that  vehicles cannot access the village.   Pick Up and Drop Off will be in the parking area of the mainland at the end of the footbridge. 

You would need to make your own way on foot across the footbridge to and from Civita di Bagnoregio. 

You may inquire with your hotel or accommodation host regarding luggage assistance to and from their location in Civita di Bagnoregio.

CANCELLATION ADVISORY:

Long-range transfers may be canceled NO LESS THAN 1 WEEK (7 DAYS) prior to your Transfer.

* CANCELLATION FOR PREPAID SERVICES: Only NET RATE will be issued on prepaid services. Net Rate is what we receive from your prepayment after PayPal / CC takes out their fees which they don't reimburse us in case of refunds. Therefore, we are only able to refund what we receive from you after PayPal/ CC takes out their fees.

* MEETING POINT at Hotel /Accommodations:

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the lobby of your  Rome or Bagnoregio hotel, or in the waiting area required by your hotel management.

For rental apartments and B&Bs without a lobby, your driver will meet you outside at your address.

*** Many small hotels, B&B and vacation rentals in Rome and Bagnoregio are located on streets or squares that are not accessible by vehicle, or vehicles are not permitted to stop. If your lodging location is NOT vehicle accessible, your chauffeur will park as close as permitted by law and assist you on foot. 

• For Pick Up, your chauffeur will meet you on foot at your address and accompany you to the vehicle. 
• For Drop Off, your chauffeur will assist you from the vehicle to your hotel address. 

* MEETING POINT at FCO Fiumicino Airport

For Transfers from FCO Fiumicino Airport to Bagnoregio: you will receive information in your confirmation email voucher about where to meet your chauffeur at the Meeting Point at FCO Fiumicino Airport. 

For Transfers from Siena to FCO / Fiumicino Airport, drop-off is at the designated Passenger Drop-Off Zone at your Departure Terminal. Please provide us with your Departure Terminal (T1, T2, T3..) for your specific flight departure as at FCO Airport many airlines depart from the same terminal number.

ROME - CIVITA DI BAGNOREGIO TRANSFERS: Pick Up and Drop Off

If you will be lodging in the hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio, your chauffeur will be able to drop you off and pick you up in the parking lot on TOP near the Belvedere in Bagnoregio which is a good 10-15 minute walking to the footbridge below.

Your chauffeur will NOT be able to drop you off down near the footbridge as Bagnoregio regulations forbid vehicles from accessing that area.  If you require luggage assistance to or from your accommodation in Civita di Bagnoregio, you are encouraged to make appropriate arrangements with your hotel concierge or apartment host in advance to meet you on TOP near the Belvedere and to assist you to their accommodation. Chauffeurs will NOT be able to assist you with luggage beyond the parking lot.

TIPS for booking your ROME -  BAGNOREGIO TRANSFERS:

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your booking request to be processed and to receive email correspondence from our booking specialists.
• Check your spam folder and white list our email address if you do not hear from us within 24 hours.
• Child safety seats can be provided upon special request in the Message Request Box of the booking form. Be sure to include the number of children, their ages, and weight along with the child safety seat request.
• LUGGAGE (Sedans): If you are a party of 1-2, if your luggage amount exceeds 2 suitcases and 2 carryons, you will require a Vehicle size Upgrade at EXTRA FEE. Please contact us via Email for more information and prices.
• LUGGAGE: Minivans can accommodate a maximum of 6 suitcases and 6 carry-on cases in total. If you anticipate bringing more luggage than that, please contact us via E-Mail prior to booking so you and your luggage can be best accommodated.
