TIPS to Book Your Transfer from Airport to Rome:

• Please read ALL the important information on this page prior to booking
• Transfers from AIRPORT to Rome: When booking your transfer online, please select the TIME as your actual Flight Arrival Time. Your chauffeur will arrive approximately 40 minutes after the flight has landed.
• Minivans for 4-8 passengers can accommodate a maximum of 6 suitcases and 6 small carryons. Excess luggage may require a 2nd vehicle.
•  Transfer Chauffeurs speak Italian or very basic English only. English-speaking chauffeurs are only reserved for Tours. We cannot accept requests for English-speaking chauffeurs for Transfers
•  Do NOT use the booking form for "inquiries" as we will consider it a valid booking request
•  For a Transfer from the Airport, we accept 1 Arrival Flight Per Booking - we do not accept booking requests for Multiple Flight Arrivals and Times. If you are traveling with a group arriving on different flights, please note that will require additional transfers and/or fees.
• PRICES LISTED include 1 pick up / drop off location. If you require multiple pick-ups or drop-offs, please send us an email with the details of your multiple pick-ups or drop-off requirements for new price quotes.
• Child safety seats for children up to 8 years of age are provided upon special request in the Message Box of the booking form.

HOW TO MEET YOUR CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT 

FIUMICINO AIRPORT MEETING POINT

• TERMINAL 3 MEETING POINT

Your Chauffeur will meet you in the main waiting hall of Terminal 3. After you collect your luggage in “Baggage Claims”, exit this area into the main waiting hall. Your chauffeur will wait for you in the designated area for Chauffeurs marked by multiple large gray and orange-colored “Meeting Point” Columns.

• TERMINAL 1 MEETING POINT

Your chauffeur will meet you in the area marked by a large gray and orange “Meeting Point” Column located just across the exit doors in the main waiting hall.
 

* NOTE: Flights arriving at TERMINAL 2 or  TERMINAL 5 will exit through TERMINAL 3 

Your Chauffeur will arrive at the designated Meeting Point area approximately 40 minutes after your flight is shown to have landed at FCO Airport to allow you time to clear customs and collect your luggage. Your chauffeur will have a SIGN with the Name in your Reservation.

Designated Parking for Chauffeur Service Vehicles is approximately 300 meters of walking distance from the Terminal building.

Curbside pick-up is prohibited at FCO Airport. CURBSIDE PICK-UP IS PROHIBITED. Please be sure to use a LUGGAGE TROLLEY available in the baggage claims area.

 * CIAMPINO AIRPORT MEETING POINT:

Ciampino Airport is a small airport with only 1 exit point. Simply exit the terminal into the waiting hall through the sliding doors, and you can easily locate your chauffeur who will meet you there.

For a Transfer from the Airport, we accept 1 Arrival Flight Per Booking - we do not accept booking requests for Multiple Flight Arrivals and Times. If you are traveling with a group arriving on different flights, please note that will require additional transfers and/or fees.

PAYMENT OPTIONS for Airport Transfers:

You may prepay your confirmed booking online via PayPal or Credit Card upon request or you may pay in EUROS to your chauffeur at the end of your chauffeured service. Prepaid Services will be refunded only the Reduced Net Rate we receive from your prepayment, see below.

CANCELLATION ADVISORY for Airport Transfers

Transfers may be canceled NO LESS THAN 48 HOURS prior to your Transfer.

If you have prepaid for a Transfer, please be sure to cancel prior to 48 hours of your Service so you can be issued a refund. Refunds for last-minute cancellations less than 48 hours or No Shows are NOT issued.

* CANCELLATION FOR PREPAID SERVICES: a REDUCED NET RATE will be issued on prepaid services. Net Rate is what we receive from your prepayment after PayPal / CC takes out their fees which they don't reimburse us in case of refunds. Therefore, we are only able to refund the reduced amount we receive from you after PayPal/ CC takes out their fees.

• IMPORTANT LUGGAGE INFORMATION:

Sedans can accommodate up to 2 suitcases and up to 2 small carryons.  Beyond that, please request a minivan upgrade at an additional rate.

Vans can accommodate a maximum of 6 suitcases and 6 small carryons. Beyond that, you will require a 2nd vehicle at the cost of a 2nd transfer.

LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE: Your chauffeur will be happy to assist you with your luggage into and out of the vehicle to your hotel or address the main entrance. Beyond the main entrance of your hotel or apartment building, please secure luggage assistance with your Hotel Porter or Apartment Host.  Our chauffeurs will not be able to carry luggage into the building, or upstairs/downstairs.

BOOK A PORTER SERVICE:  If you are staying inside an apartment building without elevators and require luggage to be brought to your apartment, you may reserve our PORTER SERVICE at 25 EUROS, and we will reserve a special chauffeur who will be able to assist you with our luggage inside your apartment building. Without Porter Service Reservation, your chauffeur will only be able to bring your luggage to the main entrance of the building without further assistance inside the building.

• TRANSFER CHAUFFEURS / DRIVER IN ROME
  

For all our standard transfers we provide professionally licensed chauffeurs.  Transfer Chauffeurs speak Italian or some very limited English.  English-speaking chauffeurs are primarily Tour Chauffeurs where English is required for tour commentary. If you prefer an English-Speaking Chauffeur, please book our Rome Airport Transfer with Rome Tours options.

TIPS for Booking your Rome Airport Transfers:

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your booking request to be processed and to receive email correspondence from our booking specialists.
• Check your spam folder and white list our email address if you do not hear from us within 24 hours. If you use @HOTMAIL, @YAHOO, @AOL, @COMCAST, @NETSCAPE... these email providers experience frequent issues with receiving legitimate emails. 
• Please complete all the fields required in the form and be sure the information provided is accurate; failure to provide accurate information may result in our inability to provide you with the intended service. 
• A valid and complete Hotel or Accommodation address is required in order to book a Rome Airport Transfer.  Transfers cannot be confirmed without a valid address for arrival or departure services.
• Child safety seats can be provided upon special request in the Message Request Box of the booking form at 10 Euros. Child Seats must be requested and confirmed with the age and weight of the child so they can be provided.
• Rome Airport Transfers are Priced service to/from hotels and accommodations located inside the center of Rome. If you require chauffeured transfers outside the center of Rome please contact us via E-Mail with your complete address so we can check for you.
• Rome Airport Transfer Prices are for 1 Pick Up Location and 1 Drop Off Location. If you require pick up or drop off at multiple locations, please contact us via E-Mail with the details of your needs so we can assist with price quotes.
• Minivans can accommodate up to maximum 6 suitcases and up to 6 carry-on cases in total. If you anticipate bringing more luggage than that, please contact us via E-Mail prior to booking so you and your luggage can be best accommodated.
• For a Transfer from the Airport, we accept 1 Arrival Flight Per Booking - we do not accept booking requests for Multiple Flight Arrivals and Times. If you are traveling with a group arriving on different flights, please note that will require additional transfers and/or fees.
