Transfers from Fiumicino Airport to Tuscania

We offer private transfers from Ciampino or Fiumicino Airport to Tuscania and from Tuscania to Fiumicino Airport or Ciampino Airport.

When arriving at Rome’s airports, figuring out how to get to Tuscania can be overwhelming, confusing, and challenging having to carry your luggage everywhere.  It’s reassuring to know that your personal Rome Chauffeur will be there at the Airport to greet you and take you directly to your hotel in Tuscania in your comfortable private deluxe vehicle. You will arrive at your hotel or accommodation in Tuscania well-rested and content.

Your personal Rome Chauffeur will pick you up from your hotel in Tuscania and take you directly to Fiumicino Airport, your hotel in Fiumicino, or Ciampino Airport.

* NOTE:  Please READ carefully the Important Information below, as well as Read and Accept our   TERMS OF SERVICE and  Privacy Policy  prior to booking via this website.

PAYMENT METHODS:

You may prepay your confirmed booking online via PayPal or Credit Card, or you may pay in EUROS to your chauffeur at the end of your chauffeured service.

CANCELLATION ADVISORY:

Long- Range transfers may be canceled NO LESS THAN 72 HOURS prior to your scheduled Transfer.

If you have prepaid for a Transfer, please be sure to cancel no less than 72 HOURS so you can be issued a refund. Refunds for last-minute/same-day cancellations less than 72 hours or No Shows are NOT issued.

* CANCELLATION FOR PREPAID SERVICES: Only NET RATE will be issued on prepaid services. Net Rate is what we receive from your prepayment after PayPal / CC takes out their fees which they don't reimburse us in case of refunds. Therefore, we are only able to refund what we receive from you after PayPal/ CC takes out their fees.

* MEETING POINT at Hotel / Accommodation

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the lobby of your  Rome or Tuscania hotel, or in the waiting area required by your hotel management.

For rental apartments and B&Bs without a lobby, your driver will meet you outside at your address.

*** Many small hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals in Rome and Tuscania are located on streets or squares that are not accessible by vehicle, or vehicles are not permitted to stop. If your lodging location is NOT vehicle accessible, your chauffeur will park as close as permitted by law and assist you on foot.

For Hotel Pick Up, your chauffeur will meet you on foot at your address and accompany you to the vehicle. 

For Hotel Drop Off, your chauffeur will assist you from the vehicle to your hotel address. 

* MEETING POINT at Fiumicino Airport for transfers to Tuscania

For Transfers from FCO Fiumicino Airport to Florence, you will receive information in your confirmation email voucher regarding the designated Meeting Point at FCO Fiumicino Airport. 

For Transfers from Florence to FCO / Fiumicino Airport, drop-off is at the designated Passenger Drop-Off Zone at your Departure Terminal. Please provide us with your Departure Terminal (T1, T2, T3..) for your specific flight departure as at FCO Airport many airlines depart from the same terminal number.

TIPS for ROME to / from TUSCANIA TRANSFERS:

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your booking request to be processed and to receive email correspondence from our booking specialists.
• Check your spam folder and white list our email address if you do not hear from us within 24 hours.
• Child safety seats can be provided upon special request in the Message Request Box of the booking form. Be sure to include the number of children, their ages, and weight along with the child safety seat request.
• If you are a party of 1-2, if your luggage amount exceeds 2 suitcases and 2 carryons, you will require a Vehicle size Upgrade at EXTRA FEE. Please contact us via Email for more information.
• Minivans for up to 8 passengers can accommodate up to a maximum of 6-7 suitcases and up to 6-7 carry-on cases in total. If you anticipate bringing more luggage than that, please contact us via E-Mail prior to booking so you and your luggage can be best accommodated.
