PAYMENT METHODS:

You may prepay your confirmed booking online via PayPal or Credit Card, or you may pay in EUROS to your chauffeur at the end of your chauffeured service.

CANCELLATION ADVISORY:

Long- Range transfers may be canceled NO LESS THAN 72 HOURS prior to your Transfer.

If you have prepaid for a Transfer, please be sure to cancel no less than 72 HOURS so you can be issued a refund. Refunds for last-minute/same-day cancellations less than 72 hours or No Shows are NOT issued.

* CANCELLATION FOR PREPAID SERVICES: Only NET RATE will be issued on prepaid services. Net Rate is what we receive from your prepayment after PayPal / CC takes out their fees which they don't reimburse us in case of refunds. Therefore, we are only able to refund what we receive from you after PayPal/ CC takes out their fees.

 SIENA TRANSFERS MEETING POINTS

* How to Meet Your Driver at your hotel in Siena

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the lobby of your hotel, or in the waiting area required by your hotel management.

For rental apartments and B&Bs without a lobby, your driver will meet you outside at your address.

*** Many small hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals are located on streets or squares that are not accessible by vehicle, or vehicles are not permitted to stop. If your lodging location is NOT vehicle accessible, your chauffeur will park as close as permitted by law and assist you on foot. 

• For Pick Up, your chauffeur will meet you on foot at your address and accompany you to the vehicle. 
• For Drop Off, your chauffeur will assist you from the vehicle to your hotel address. 

* Meeting Point at Fiumicino Airport for your transfer to Siena:

For Transfers from FCO Fiumicino Airport to Siena: you will receive information in your confirmation email voucher about where to meet your chauffeur at the Meeting Point at FCO Fiumicino Airport. 

For Transfers from Siena to FCO / Fiumicino Airport, drop-off is at the designated Passenger Drop-Off Zone at your Departure Terminal. Please provide us with your Departure Terminal (T1, T2, T3..) for your specific flight departure as at FCO Airport many airlines depart from the same terminal number.

* Meeting Point at Civitavecchia Cruise Port for your transfer to Siena:

For your private transfer from Civitavecchia to Siena, your chauffeur will meet you on the Pier next to your Cruise Ship where all other Private Drivers are designated to wait for their clients. Please look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign with your Name as in your Booking. All vehicles are parked nearby as required by Port Authorities.

Do NOT leave the pier are or the port, and do NOT take any buses or shuttles that will take you outside the port.

TIPS for booking Rome to/from Siena, Tuscany Transfers:

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your booking request to be processed and to receive email correspondence from our booking specialists.
• If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, check your spam folder and white list our email address
• Traveling with children? Child safety seats can be provided upon request in the Message Request Box of the booking form. Include the number of children, their ages, and weight along with your request for a child safety seat.
• LUGGAGE (Sedans): If you are a party of 1-2, if your luggage amount exceeds 2 suitcases and 2 carryons, you will require a Vehicle size Upgrade at EXTRA FEE. Please contact us via Email for more information and prices.
• LUGGAGE (Minivans):  Minivans for up to 8 passengers can accommodate up to 6 suitcases and up to 6 carry-ons in total. If traveling with more luggage than that, please contact us via E-Mail prior to booking so for further assistance and options.
• For Transfers from Civitavecchia to Siena: MOST cruisers disembark from their ship between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Please book your transfer within this time frame
