Private Transfers from Fiumicino Airport to Orvieto

If staying in Orvieto pre-cruise, your Rome chauffeur will pick you up at your hotel in Orvieto and take you directly to Civitavecchia with a convenient drop-off on the pier next to your ship.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Prepayment online via PayPal or Credit Card during the Confirmation Process.

CANCELLATION ADVISORY:

Long-range transfers may be canceled NO LESS THAN 1 WEEK (7 DAYS) prior to your Transfer.

* CANCELLATION FOR PREPAID SERVICES: Only NET RATE will be issued on prepaid services. Net Rate is what we receive from your prepayment after PayPal / CC takes out their fees which they don't reimburse us in case of refunds. Therefore, we are only able to refund what we receive from you after PayPal/ CC takes out their fees.

* Meeting Point from Hotel Accommodation

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the lobby of your hotel, or in the waiting area required by your hotel management.

For rental apartments and B&Bs without a lobby, your driver will meet you outside at your address.

*** Many small hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals are located on streets or squares that are not accessible by vehicle, or vehicles are not permitted to stop. If your lodging location is NOT vehicle accessible, your chauffeur will park as close as permitted by law and assist you on foot. 

• For Pick Up, your chauffeur will meet you on foot at your address and accompany you to the vehicle. 
• For Drop Off, your chauffeur will assist you from the vehicle to your hotel address. 

* Meeting Point at Fiumicino Airport (FCO):

For Transfers from FCO / Fiumicino Airport to Orvieto: you will receive information in your confirmation email voucher about where to meet your chauffeur at the Meeting Point at FCO Fiumicino Airport. 

For Transfers from Orvieto to FCO / Fiumicino Airport, drop-off is at the designated Passenger Drop-Off Zone at your Departure Terminal. Provide your Departure Terminal (T1, T2, T3..) for your specific flight departure as many airlines share the same terminal number at Fiumicino Airport.

*MEETING POINT at Civitavecchia Port for transfers to Orvieto

For a private transfer from Civitavecchia to Rome or to the airport, your chauffeur will meet you on the Pier next to your Cruise Ship where all other Private Drivers are designated to wait for their clients. Please look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign with your Name as in your Booking. All vehicles are parked nearby as required by Port Authorities.

Do NOT leave the pier area or the port, and do NOT take any buses or shuttles that will take you outside the port.

TIPS for booking Rome to/from Orvieto, Umbria Transfers:

• Allow up to 24 hours for your booking request to be processed and to receive further email correspondence from our booking specialists.
• If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, check your spam folder and white list our email address to ensure future delivery
  
• Traveling with children? Upon request, we can provide Child Safety Seats. Please include in the Message Request Box of the booking form your child safety seat request along with the number of children, their ages, and weight in kilograms.
• LUGGAGE (Sedans): For parties of 1-2, if your luggage amount exceeds 2 suitcases and 2 carryons, you will require a Vehicle size Upgrade at EXTRA FEE. Please contact us via Email for more information and prices.
• LUGGAGE (Minivans):  For parties 3-8, Minivans can accommodate up to 6 suitcases and up to 6 carry-ons in total. If traveling with more luggage than that, please contact us via E-Mail prior to booking so for further assistance and options.
