Capri is an island and not accessible by vehicle. 

*  To reach Capri, you may book a transfer to or from Naples Port from where you may use a ferry to reach Capri.  

*  When departing from Capri, may also book a transfer from Naples Port where your ferry from Capri will drop you off.  

Please provide us with the exact port location for the ferry you will use to / from Capri.

If you are staying in Naples Post Cruise or Pre Cruise, you can rely on our private chauffeur service between Civitavecchia Cruise Port and Naples.

From Civitavecchia to Naples, your Rome Chauffeur will conveniently meet you on the pier near your ship and take you directly to your hotel in Naples.  From Naples to Civitavecchia, your personal chauffeur will meet you at your hotel and take you directly to your cruise ship for easy and effortless embarkation.

* At Civitavecchia Port, your chauffeur will pick you up or drop you off right on the Pier next to your Crusie Ship for an easy departure and arrival

PAYMENT METHODS:

You may prepay your confirmed booking online via PayPal or Credit Card, or you may pay in EUROS to your chauffeur at the end of your chauffeured service.

CANCELLATION ADVISORY:

Long- Range transfers may be canceled NO LESS THAN 72 HOURS prior to your scheduled Transfer.

If you have prepaid for a Transfer, please be sure to cancel no less than 72 HOURS so you can be issued a refund. Refunds for last-minute/same-day cancellations less than 72 hours or No Shows are NOT issued.

* CANCELLATION FOR PREPAID SERVICES: Only NET RATE will be issued on prepaid services. Net Rate is what we receive from your prepayment after PayPal / CC takes out their fees which they don't reimburse us in case of refunds. Therefore, we are only able to refund what we receive from you after PayPal/ CC takes out their fees.

CHAUFFEUR MEETING POINTS:

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the lobby of your  Rome or Naples hotel, or in the waiting area required by your hotel management.

For rental apartments and B&B’s without a lobby, your driver will meet you outside at your address.

*** Many small hotels, B&B’s and vacation rentals in Rome and Naples are located on streets or squares that are not accessible by vehicle, or vehicles are not permitted to stop. If your lodging location is NOT vehicle accessible, your chauffeur will park as close as permitted by law and assist you on foot. 

• For Pick Up, your chauffeur will meet you on foot at your address and accompany you to the vehicle. 
• For Drop Off, your chauffeur will assist you from the vehicle to your hotel address. 

Transfers to & from Naples Port: Pick Up and Drop Off

You will receive information in your confirmation email voucher regarding designated pick-up and drop-off locations at Naple's port.

Fiumicino Airport to & from Naples: Airport Meeting Point

You will receive information in your confirmation email voucher regarding the designated Meeting Point at FCO Fiumicino Airport. 

If FCO / Fiumicino Airport is your final destination, drop-off is at the designated Passenger Drop-Off Zone at your Departure Terminal. Please provide us your Departure Terminal (T1, T2, T3..) for your specific flight departure as at FCO Airport many airlines depart from the same terminal number. 

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your booking request to be processed and to receive email correspondence from our booking specialists.
• Check your spam folder and white list our email address if you do not hear from us within 24 hours.
• Child safety seats can be provided upon special request in the Message Request Box of the booking form. Be sure to include the number of children, their ages, and weight along with the child safety seat request.
• Minivans can accommodate up to maximum of 6-7 suitcases and up to 6-7 carry-on cases in total. If you anticipate bringing more luggage than that, please contact us via E-Mail prior to booking so you and your luggage can be best accommodated.

* MEETING POINT at Civitavecchia Port for transfers to Naples

For a private transfer from Civitavecchia to N, your chauffeur will meet you on the Pier next to your Cruise Ship where all other Private Drivers are designated to wait for their clients. Please look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign with your Name as in your Booking. All vehicles are parked nearby as required by Port Authorities.

Do NOT leave the pier area or the port, and do NOT take any buses or shuttles that will take you outside the port.
